9 private face-to-face sessions:
Sessions 1-4:
We deep dive to heal emotional wounds from the past that are directly linked to, among other, imposter syndrom unhealthy boundries, people pleasing, inability to say no, overengagement, workoholism, or the need to over-achieve .
These hurtful experiences, in most cases, evoked deeply unpleasant emotions like, among other: rejection, loneliness, abandonement, feeling unloved, stupid, too much... that are still stuck in the body causing energy depletion, and putting your mental and physical health at risk.
These emotionally traumatic experiences also give rise to unhealthy beliefs like, for instance:
- “I must work hard to be accepted and loved.”,
- "I am a looser."
- “I must always educate myself, I never know enough."
- "I must prove that I am smart and successful to win my fathers love."
- “I must over-achieve to be special, only special people are accepted and loved."
- "I must be rich not to be abandoned by my wife."
- "I must always be of service to others to be accepted by God."
These believes will be transformed into healthy supportive ones and activated from within the subconscious mind, so that they support you “from now on”.
We will remove vows stored in the subconscious mind, like “I will never take risks again”, “I will never fail again”, “I will do everything to be financially independent”, or “I will always be right, I will always be the number one."
Sessions 5-7:
We map your present state of mind and heart and transform current interpersonal- and inner-conflicts.
I teach you how to communicate authentically and non-violently.
You set your healthy BOUNDRIES.
We then evaluate your personality role in order to bring you to the most healthy embodiment and expression of the role you chose to play in this society.
Sessions 8-9
We work on designing Your ideal work/ friendship/family environment with hypnotherapy and visualization work. We change any apparent negativity into hopeful expectations.
We reactivate your joys and passions from the past and make a "fun activities plan."

WHAT is BURNOUT
Burnout is emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion. These symptoms are casued by the body's reaction to CHRONIC STRESS.
Undergoing chronic stress, whether consciously or purely subconsciously, requires massive energy and this extra energy needs to be supplied from somewhere.
So to supply this extra energy, our bodies need to first "save" it, which means, take it away from, not supply to, some other area and, in almost all cases of burnout, it is the brain.
The executive function of the brain is the one to suffer most. The longer the chronic stress, the less performing it is. So as the executive function of the brain undeperforms, the following will equally uderperform:
- controlling emotions,
- planning,
- focusing attention,
- remembering instruction,
- speech fluidity
- general short memory, and
- juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
Additional symptmons of Burnout are :
- physical exhaustion despite a full night's sleep,
- emotional exhaustion - feeling numb or overwhelmed
- sleep pattern disturbances,
- depression,
- self-isolation,
- the need for substance abuse,
- general irritability, hopelessness, and even suicidal thoughts.
There are many sources, roots of Chronic Stress and these can be as varied as:
- unhealed traumatic events from childhood,
- interpersonal and inner conflict
- unhealthy relationship with parents and/or siblings,
- co-dependent frendships and romantic relationships,
- professional occupation not being in harmony with soul purpose(s) and talents,
- not engaging in what brings us joy and growth,
- deep feeling of being not good enough,
- financial stress,
- motherhood with limited support,
- loneliness,
- physical disease and physical disease in the family,
- unfinished projects....
Whatever stresses us chronically, can lead to burnout.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A HEALING SESSION
During our meetings, I will guide you to experience the benefits of various curative breathing techniques. Then, I will facilitate deep relaxation, so that you can connect to your essence and your body’s wisdom. Once connected, you will encounter stored emotional trauma and receive feedback (messages) from your soul. It is this connection to the divine in us that awakens compassion, self-love, unconditional love, and facilitates authentic forgiveness, the core of emotional and spiritual well-being.
Together, we will work on the healing of the soul through confronting, honouring and feeling your emotions, so that the healing of the mind and body may follow.
We then transform limiting mental blocks you may hold about yourself and the world into positive ones. These negative beliefs most probably generate unhealthy behavioural habits which, in turn, STOP YOU from living authentically, experiencing inner-peace and vitality, loving wholeheartedly, from fully enjoying life and from going for your dreams.
At the end, you generate an action plan with new supportive behaviours.
